Catholic Cemeteries - Provides and maintains an attractive sacred place for Christian burial. Opportunities in landscaping and genealogy are available. Contact Rita Miester at 419-625-2673.
Finance Council – Advises the pastor on all temporal matters and good stewardship of our resources. Prepares an annual budget and reviews monthly statements. Reviews parish activities which require substantial expenditures and assists in keeping the parish solvent. Contact Deacon Jeff Claar.
Building & Grounds Committee – A subcommittee of finance council, B&G assists the pastor by planning and assisting on major projects and the routine maintenance of the Church, Convent, Parish Center and grounds of the parish. Contact Tom Sloma.
Pastoral Council - Meet with a common effort to foster the spiritual well-being of the parish. They assist the pastor in shepherding the people in his care. Contact Fr. Phil Feltman.
Evening Office Volunteers - Present at the Church office during the early evening hours (5:00-8:00 p.m.) to provide assistance to those calling or visiting St. Mary's. Contact Mary Riesterer.
Collection Counters - Sorts and counts all monies collected at the weekend liturgies and posts them into the computer. Counters work in teams on Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. every 5 weeks. This ministry is in need of counters and computer input help. Contact Teresa Sloma.
Church Cleaners - This group contributes to the beauty of the liturgy by performing light housekeeping and project cleaning in the Church and Commons. Contact Mary Riesterer.
